Nancy Nisbett

Nancy’s responsibilities include drafting and negotiating Material Transfer Agreements (MTAs) and Non-Disclosure and Confidentiality Agreements (NDAs and CDAs).  She is also part of the team that assists with industry sponsored agreements.

BACKGROUND

​

Nancy has been a member of the TTO team since June 2017.  Before joining Dartmouth, Nancy was an assistant director in the Office of Technology Transfer at Rice University with the primary responsibility of negotiating MTAs and industry funded research agreements. 

 

Prior to becoming involved in tech transfer offices, her career focused on pre-award research activities and she held leadership positions at several university pre-award offices. Nancy holds a BBA in Management from The University of Texas at Austin and an MS in Health Promotion Sciences from the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center.
